SUBJECT :   Procurement of steel rack and lateral filing cabinet

As discussed and agreed upon during the Pre-bid Conference of November 15, 2016, delivery of the steel rack and lateral filing cabinet is forty-five (45) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order.

All other provisions of the Invitation to Bid and Instruction to Bidders not inconsistent herewith shall remain valid and binding.
